datlechin Thank you!! Amazing! I have another idea for a future release (no rush). Make the entire link preview area link to the site. So that no matter where you tap, you go to that site.

The title is the link you pasted, and the site name is the home page link of the link you've pasted.

Gatsu What?, it conflicts with Best Answer?, I'm using Best Answer with Link Preview right now.
It doesn't have any problems.

datlechin No. Best Answer and Hashtag conflict. For me. Or maybe Best Answer and another extension.

This works fine with Best Answer. But as soon as you add certain other extensions conflicts arise. Hard to explain.

Now I have this error if preview cannot get image:

I think it has to do with when a website doesn’t let you scrape or something.

datlechin That submithub URL never worked. But with previous version of this extension it at least silently failed. Now there’s the error.

I bet this will happen anytime the website does not have graph data or blocks scraping somehow.

Maybe just something wrong with submithub.com.

Because link previews also work fine at my other forum.

datlechin Did you decide against a default image icon? I have the latest version but when a preview image cannot be found the globe favicon shows instead of the image icon.

Maybe it’s a caching issue or something.
