Black frames around tags and black icons

As mentioned, my tags now mysteriously have many black frames around it, even my pinned icon is black.
I want to change it to white. It seems that normal forums are white, like the Flarum community.
Could it be related to the plugins I installed?

TNTobsidian try disabling extensions to see if there's any difference.

If you share your forum URL someone might be able to figure out where it comes from.

Are you using any custom CSS in the admin panel ?

its hard to disable all extensions (as for my knowledge), after disabling extensions like font awesome 6 this problem still didn't solve.
Disabling all CSS also didn't work.

luceos it’s weird, I found it normal on my phone but not on my computer
Maybe caused by cache? It’s my fault 🤦
As for the black frames around the tags, I've noticed they appear or disappear with color changes. Is there a manual way to configure their color?
