clarkwinkelmann maruco seems like you are reaching the limits of your hosting. The error is not related to this extension in particular. Your hosting support is probably the best place to ask.

luceos therealsujitk nothing. The whereVisibleTo will return false and prevent a notification. It's comparable to non public tags.
danielunited For some reason when I go to any user profile here on Flarum and type his name, nothing appears in the results. By the way, would be super useful if his name was already there.
tankerkiller125 danielunited DMs have not yet been enabled for general users here on discuss that's why it won't give you a user list. It's known issue that's on github. The hope is to remove the "Start Discussion" button on that page for users who don't have permission to do so.
