I tried to hook core PostStream.js to add slot only when post loaded, but there is another issues: in discussions have many posts,flarum will unload posts currently non-visible.

so Google gave me a code snippet, I put it in the extension, google detected it on my site and verified it. But I don't see any ads pop up, any idea?

huuduy216 if no errors in the console sometimes it takes some time before you start getting served ads. Ever so often one or two of my spots will be blank.

Is there a reason why this extension does not show in Extiverse?

MikeJones Extiverse hides extensions that aren't compatible with the latest Flarum version by default. You can see there's (currently) only two pages of results for beta 14, instead of the 26 pages for beta 13.

It's possible to select another Flarum version via a query parameter. But it seems like @luceos did not add any control on the page to change it.

I created some of my Own ads to place into my flarum and I have them in a list and each time it loads it picks a random number and picks a different ad each time. YOu can basically insert any javascript with this extension

Sometimes I get,

The FetchEvent for "https://z.moatads.com/addthismoatframe568911941483/moatframe.js" resulted in a network error response: an object that was not a Response was passed to respondWith().

Somee times I get

Failed to load ‘https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js’. A ServiceWorker passed a promise to FetchEvent.respondWith() that resolved with non-Response value ‘undefined’. sw:62:10

hadpro everyone who uses this extension does. Be patient, they have been doing a great job updating all the extensions. It's a lot of work.

This extension is now officially abandoned. The extension continued to work since the end of Flagrow because it wasn't impacted by any Flarum breaking change, but it's been without any maintainer for over a year now.

FriendsOfFlarum once considered taking on the maintenance of this extension but we decided against it due to the huge number of issues and edge cases that continue happening with it.

As a former Flagrow developer together with @luceos , we originally developed this extension as a fun proof of concept. Since the goal of installing this extension is eventually to make money, we always expected someone to eventually take on the concept and make it into a well maintained extension.

Feel free to fork.
