Eldenroot Flagrow (pinging @luceos) might have it on their roadmap down the line but ReFlar won't be picking up this feature request anytime soon. We have a lot to catch up on and are limited in numbers ?

Eldenroot it's on my todo, but I've been struggling to get open source work done with the little one needing my attention during the evenings. You asking about it creates an incentive though.

@Ralkage @Kyrne Any updates on the poll extension? I noticed that on your github page there are several repos with just a readme and a License file...

Frink if you read up, you'll see that Ralkage has already explained why ReFlar isn't creating a Polls extension.

          News and Updates!

          March 20th, 2018

I am both pleased and proud to announce that @Shahiem has accepted my offer to join the ReFlar family! He has taken it with his own hands to create a polls extension that was very well needed and wanted. This drew me into contacting such an aspiring extension developer as ReFlar is always looking for new blood talent. Here at ReFlar, we want to provide Shahiem with all the support he can receive from us as he stated himself that it takes him quite a bit to push out his work due to reasons I have no business asking about. During his transition, we will work with him within our group to help speed up development with his current extension(s) and many of the same extension ideas ReFlar wanted to work on as well. He has the drive and push we need to move and we gracefully hope to provide premium extensions in the near future (through Flagrow's Bazaar) as he is quite the brilliant mind. He, like many other developers, learns well from feedback and is very receptive. I am hoping we can transition polls and the soon to be Private Messaging system, under the ReFlar organization.

Kyrne Live chat: Allow your users to interact in real time - Soon™

If you don’t mind me asking, is this still on the table?

Kyrne Thanks. I frequent plenty of gaming and audiophile forums, and having a live chat (rather than just PM or a separate live chat) baked in would be a hot item for many users. Minimally, a fix for the “realtime chat” extension that is on the Bazaar directory would be highly desirable (it currently does not work on the latest release of Flarum). I would gladly donate to help bring a reliable live chat extension about.
