Well, in this case, you can only try to persuade the person hosting your website to give you SSH access or choose a forum software, that doesn't require one. Or you look through these pages to find options to circumvent the need for SSH.
One of the top discussions right now is about a project called Pockethold - A Web based Installer, maybe you'ld like to take a look at it. I have to admit though, that I never used it.
I joined this forum in March 2015 so I totally understood its progress. If you think I still do not have right to question after two years, that will be fine.
Questions like that don't come once every two years. They are raised on a regular, nearly daily basis, again and again, and are answered again and again in the same way. If you had read a bit in these pages, you could easily know about the state of flarum. You don't need to earn the right to ask anything, but you should try to understand the people on the other side, the very people that invest their spare time to produce something as special as this piece of software. It's not nice to be questioned like that again and again although having left no doubt about the state of the software.
