flarum will free and developers will not make money with this, flarum a hobby for them, so, why go faster? all free softwares are developed slowly, for example I have heard about SMF 2.0 since many years ago (2010 or more),

anyway, if you want a fast development, pay for it : )

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been asked here but on the frontpage of Flarum it says "Here's what [Features] we've done in the last 8 months, now here's whats planned for the next 8 [Months]".

Any ideas what dates those months align to?
ie. the new features are in 8 months from a month ago?

          Who were already thanked and mentioned there. Doing it again only pings their notifications and makes unnecessary noise. It's a courtesy thing.

              It's what the Like button is for.
              That also generates a notification and noise but I guess at least things would then be done "properly".

                Pollux Isn’t Flarum the better forum software than esoTalk and FluxBB? I could install them without SSH access before, why can’t I install Flarum without SSH access now?

                    Meow It was made from scratch from the ground up. Some code may be similar but it is still a brand new forum software.

                            @Toby Hi and thanks for the great forum. I've done all that is asked. However I sort of had the feeling it was a plugin? I don't know maybe i'm naive however. i do have it on my website albeit more of a separate extension of the website, but i think i can get around this by having it unavailable unless logged in as part of the community. i feel i may be able to create a page and use the permalink to link to it, try that? i don't know i'm yet to do these things and i'm a big noob to this sort of thing, but i'm willing to try.

                            Anyhow. I love how clean and fresh it looks and i hope to be with you for a very long time. So well done. And thank you.
