I find 『New JS Extension API』 issue is moved to 『0.1.0-beta.10』.
So the extension will be upgraded again in beta10 after adapting to beta8?

So they've done some part, but not finished, so issue is still there. In the roadmap it is actually written, that they want to polish JS API in the future, so it is not unexpected.
I hope they are cleaning it up, because the want to finish the beta8 job soon?

I hope so. I am guessing Monday. I actually have to launch my long overdue review site next week for a time-sensitive review of a product I will be receiving via airmail. So this release could not come any sooner with the mad rush I have to get my site online. For us day-one adopters, is there a list of working extensions that are already compatible with beta 8?

Based on my observation of issues on GIthub, I would guess it will be at the end of the year. There are still some bugs to be fixed, and probably some new ones will show up, and guys are doing awesome job in fixing them in a professional way, that takes time. So I wouldn't expect Beta 8 too soon. But it's worth waiting!

Great stuff guys! A little bit stressful updating an instance of Flarum last night to the latest beta, but everything seems to be running smoothly now. Really loving the integrated Markdown controls.

Speaking of Improvements, a kind of "need-to-have" feature for me is an option that emails the admins (maybe on an individual basis, if they opt in) on any new discussion, and perhaps on any new post. I'd be happy to work on developing this feature if no one is doing so already.

Further, is there a set place/discussion to make such core feature/extension suggestions?
