Don't worry, there's a few easy tricks. For example to locate if Spoiler BBcode is installed, there's
- The list I provide at the top of each extension I have installed
- in the Admin Extensions page in Devflarum
- on the commits page (guaranteed. Just compare the install instructions and the commit page.)
if you see any of those, good guess it's installed ?
I also can't encourage examining the commits page enough. It's a basic text file, is auto-generated and provides basic important info about what it's going to do and where it's at. For example, this trick will help verify if a extension is fully updated

General shoutout - if you locate a extension that is non-functioning and has a significant lack of development activity (eg last commit a year ago with multiple issues that are old) I will remove the extension.
