Your SMTP provider doesn't seem to be ideal for hostings such as FreeFlarum that come with limitations like this, but rather for people who self-host (have their own server), so verification can be done more easily in their case. I'd suggest you to look for alternative SMTP services that don't require a verification, or self-host too

gabrielpipolo we've had a similar issue with one forum recently. It is related to the certificate file somehow. Re-linking custom domain helped, which refreshed the certificate. I don't know if this is just cron acting up or if we're being rate limited by Let's Encrypt which means that some certificates aren't renewed. I'll check logs, but as for your forum, it should work now

I fixed the certificate issue. I have renewed them for all forums. Apologies for the inconveniences.

the plugin HTML Head Items seems to be broken, it can't create new html head item. I click the button but nothing happens.

Is something internal or is there anything I can do to fix this ？

StevephenKen not sure whether or not it's something related to FF or the extension. Could you check if there's anything logged in the browser console when you click the button or logs at https://freeflarum.com/settings/logs. Alternatively, if you tell me your forum name, I'll look at it for you

It worked well till 30 minutes ago. When I was trying to change tag options using the administrator dashboard, the site crashed.

Error Message: Something went wrong while trying to load the full version of this site. Try hard-refreshing this page to fix the error.

I tried refreshing and hard-refreshing, but nothing worked! Please help me out

This is most likely related to v17development/flarum-blog53. Enabling the SEO extension fixed the issue

StevephenKen seems like your HTML is incorrect. It should be: <tag>[...]</tag> - can't tell where's the exact issue since I don't see the HTML that you are trying to add

SKevo maybe i see what's going on: the HTML Head Items plugin has a bug in Chinese Language Mode, when i change Chinese to English, it can work correctly.

I really respect the work of the Flarum, i love the design, the template, this is what inspired me to use this forum on my own roleplay server (multi theft auto)
I have created my own Flarum forum: https://newhoperp.freeflarum.com
But i want to move it to my own domain which is (newhoperp.hu).
Can anybody help me with a description, or help, that how can i make that?

Linking your custom domain is described in our documentaton (https://freeflarum.com/docs/tutorials/linking-custom-domain/) or directly at your FreeFlarum settings: https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings

Simplified steps:

CNAME a subdomain (e. g.: forum.newhoperp.hu) to newhoperp.freeflarum.com.
Go to your FreeFlarum settings (https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings) and save your new hostname
If all went well, your forum should now use the new address and your old FreeFlarum URL will be redirected
