Currently my custom domain url is broken, I reset the url in the custom domain settings of my forum but it keeps redirecting me to the broken url, how do I fix this?

Nziie browsers cache DNS to speed up page loads. Have you tried in another browser or in private browsing/incognito?

SKevo oh yeah it works in incognito mode. how do I clear the Google Chrome cache where the old url is stored?

If you want to preserve your browsing history and only clear cache, then tick the "Cached images and files" box only and select an appropriate time range. You should be able to visit your site normally afterwards

I’ve ran into an issue. I’ve tried creating a test account on my forum and it keeps spinning when trying to sign up. It’s been “spinning” for 5 minutes and nothing. I’ve done this multiple times and have tried with different emails, passwords, usernames, birthdays, in incognito mode, a different browser, etc. What should I do?

Nziie this is usually related to E-mail issues. Go to Admin > Mail and click on the "Test Mail" button to see if it suceeds.
There should also be server logs at https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings

SKevo the test mail worked to my main email. Here is what was at the top of the log:

Nziie enable the SEO extension and see if that helps. This is a known issue and will be fixed soon

Nziie sorry, I just noticed that you said the log was on top. Latest logs are at the bottom. What's logged at the bottom of the latest log file?

Yes, I think it's caused by the ssl certificate expiring, I've contacted the administrator, it should be fixed soon
