    There you have a windows installer, it asks for the path for the php files and that's it you got it working. It even works with xamp! I been working with yii framework and composer for a year now and no problem.

    About other FORUM SOFTWARE, yeah it mostly installs with a zip and that's it BUT I said frameworks, this:

    Now for example Flarum is built with Laravel, so Flarum = Forum Sofware, Laravel = Framework. Are we clear now?

              I noticed that this thread, even though it is pinned, moved down off of my front page the last few days. Isn't pinning supposed to keep it at the top?

                Aesahaettr It is pinned when you are on the tag page. The index display most recent activity.
