KimYunz I wonder if you are having an issue similar to what I had. The full update command wouldn't work for me most likely due to the version of Composer my web host has installed. You could try simply, composer update. But, any way that you do it, you will know it has most likely updated correctly if you see "flarum/core" listed as installing and downloading 100% within the list of everything else within your terminal window. If all you saw was that symfony updated then it didn't update flarum core.

Tar GZip folder. mysqldump database. Then run upgrade.

Released v0.1.0-beta.11.1 today to fix the issue with saving css (and many other settings).

Fixed

Saving custom css in admin failed (flarum/core1946)

Run this command in case you are already on beta 11. If you are upgrading to beta 11, this version will automatically be installed.

composer update flarum/core

Confirm you are running the correct version in your admin dashboard or through php flarum info.

luceos To update from Beta.11 to Beta.11.1 you also have to visit your forum and enter database password. At least in my process of update it was requested 😆

Nimren You may have to wait a second before the discussions appear in the auto suggestions. Or if you hit enter it should take you to the search page and display the discussions there. Are you receiving any errors?

I have a problem after upgrading to 11.1 i think the problem is fof-formatting extensions. When the extension is on, some options do not work in the admin panel. Also the search does not work well for me. It only finds posts but not discussions :/

That's what we changed:

We've reverted some changes to search that made it terribly slow

Searching in both titles and content was the cause of the extremely slow search, so we removed it again until we find a better solution flarum/core9f6ec80
