I updated from beta 10 to 11 just fine but I ended up having to use the naked composer update... hopefully that’s OK. Everything seems fine. I believe it just means that maybe some dependencies which didn’t need to be updated, got updated. The reason is, when I used the full fancy update command I got:

The "--with-all-dependencies" option does not exist

I’m guessing an issue due to the way my web host has things set up.

Anyway, just thought I’d mention this in case anyone else has this problem.

    010101 Your composer likely needs an update, particularly if it was installed from the OS repositories (via apt or yum).

          KimYunz I wonder if you are having an issue similar to what I had. The full update command wouldn't work for me most likely due to the version of Composer my web host has installed. You could try simply, composer update. But, any way that you do it, you will know it has most likely updated correctly if you see "flarum/core" listed as installing and downloading 100% within the list of everything else within your terminal window. If all you saw was that symfony updated then it didn't update flarum core.

                  KimYunz Hmm. I'm not sure, sorry. Your best bet at this point will be to start a new support discussion outside of this thread so the dev heroes see it and can help. Be prepared to paste what your terminal is telling you.

                    Fixed

                    Run this command in case you are already on beta 11. If you are upgrading to beta 11, this version will automatically be installed.

                    composer update flarum/core

                    Confirm you are running the correct version in your admin dashboard or through php flarum info.

                        Nimren You may have to wait a second before the discussions appear in the auto suggestions. Or if you hit enter it should take you to the search page and display the discussions there. Are you receiving any errors?

                              DursunCan Data says it's out of date.

                              Two days ago v0.1.0-beta.11.1 was released...

                                I have a problem after upgrading to 11.1 i think the problem is fof-formatting extensions. When the extension is on, some options do not work in the admin panel. Also the search does not work well for me. It only finds posts but not discussions :/
