bachmx If you are talking about the tooltip that pops up when you hover over a button, those can be changed, for each button, with the linguist extension.
I suppose it could be done a different way but it’s coded the way it is for proper translation reasons. Many people like to use a different language file and/or use the linguist extension to control any text within an extension.
I may not be explaining it the best way possible but in short, it’s set up the way it is so that linguist and other language stuff can be used to adjust the titles.
