@tankerkiller125 @askvortsov Thanks for your answers. I just wanted to let you know to improve processes between the team and contributors (such as translators) because sometimes, documentation is not enough.
I'm (and was) a translator on other open source projects (like the phpBB forum software), I just wanted to suggest that you assign someone to take care of the translators because it's a different community from the developers. For example, for phpBB, there is a Translations & International Support Teams Manager who publishes this kind of gist for translators, which allows to easily update their language packs. I find that it makes life much easier for translators and avoids issues.
If you had done some tests before the release and everything went well, shit happens, there's no harm done, really.
