SKevo We have the same problem. Would be nice if you could deactivate it at us so that the admins can log in again 🙂

TeamF I've temporarily removed the extension for all forums. I will have to get in touch with the author later to find out what's going on

      @SKevo
Sorry for disturbing you but I can't seem to login or access my forum

rh9 your forum was offline, but I've reactivated it for you. Are you able to access your forum now?

SKevo Thank you! I can access my forum now.

          The issue

Hello, everyone. In the meantime we have a few users who have not received an email to activate the account. Does anyone else know that this problem occurs with the e-mail provider @t-online.de? I now have 5 users for whom it doesn't work and they all have this email provider. No mail arrives in the spam folder or anywhere else.
It would be great if someone could help us with that.

          Flarum information

Freeflarum But I'm sure it's not their fault

Trc4 this is actually related to FreeFlarum (edit: could just be an issue with your mail provider as well). Upon looking at mail queue, it seems that their server refuses to communicate with ours. This only happens for @t-online.de provider.

l have contacted their support for clarification, as no further details were given. Thank you for bringing this to my attention

Merged 2 posts from E-mail for activation does not come.

I resolved my own domain name but he can't use my domain name which is BBs.mineworils.gq

SKevo The domain name was successfully resolved, but I get an error message NET ::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when I open the website

Mr_baipiao I need to know your forum name. There is no forum with hostname bbs.mineworils.gq in FreeFlarum's database. I therefore need the part before .freeflarum.com in your initial forum domain, AKA. "forum tag".

SKevo Hello, my problem has been solved. Thank you for your help.

wolfshards thanks for letting me know. This seems to be related to MathRen (ref.).

Since another forum owner reported this error to me, I've concluded that it happens for all FreeFlarum forums, and I have therefore decided to temporarily remove the extension for all forums so that the error disappears.

songhuajiang sorry, but the log link won't work (it requires authentication and it's for your forum account only). Please either paste the log stacktrace, or tell me your forum URL so that I can check the logs
