Googol workes fine her 👌
Have you fixed up? That's helps usually

Hi all, I can't access the forum (forum.asnuaps.it) as there is this error

This site can’t provide a secure connectionforum.asnuaps.it uses an unsupported protocol.
    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

    Is everything ok?

      doesn't work for about 24 hours SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

I sent an email to support, no response.

My forum is registered month ago as a free version, which I found recently unapproachable. However when I tried to log into the forum settings, the forum website told me my flarum id is not valid and I don't know what has happened. What should I do in this situation ?

arteteco Fla sorry for late reply, I haven't had the time to respond sooner. Have you re-linked your domain?

Googol I noticed that your forum is in Chinese. I therefore assume that your userbase is browsing the forum from China. The server is located in Germany, which would explain why it is so slow. I will have a look whether I can mitigate this through some Cloudflare caching settings, but I can't promise anything (FYI the forum loads fine for me)

whisperwow I see, but I unfortunately can't remember your forum URL. Could you share it with me so that I can look at the search issue? As for mailing (whisperwow), thanks for letting me know, I will fix it ASAP

kevin32984739 your forum was likely archived. Please tell me your forum URL and I will reactivate it for you

            Hi all,

I'm finding an issue while accessing to this forum built with Free Flarum: https://www.forandoavela.es/

Any idea about why this is happening? I haven't changed a thing.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If I use http instead of https I see this:

              https://prnt.sc/p9nyS2YXJt0E

If I change the subdomain to something else like myname.pixelsucht.net and also change the DNS entry to this it works. But of course this is not what I want.

tomzag the forum seems to load fine for me. Have you tried to visit it in incognito/private browsing mode, to bypass browser caching?

SKevo Yes I tried that. Still not working for me. Strange ...

tomzag I have also visited it from my phone, loads correctly for me. Could you please try a different browser or device, just to verify it's not something on your side?

FYI I am using the https://forum.pixelsucht.net/ URL

SKevo It seems it's not a caching issue but has something to do with my connection. If I try to access the forum within my home WLAN I get the mentioned error. If I use a mobile data connection on my phone it works (same error on phone if I'm in WLAN).

tomzag perhaps the DNS is being cached at the network level? Either way or not, it seems unlikely that this is caused by FreeFlarum, so unfortunately I can't really help you with this at the moment, sorry

SKevo Yes, I understand. Thanks anyway for your help and I was able to isolate the problem. Maybe it will help other users.
