  • Free Flarum hosting on an expert platform by FreeFlarum.com

thedude I'm having the same issue. Users get "Oops" errors. I can't even see my "members" permissions.

thedude It's because of Askimet. If you disable, it'll work, or if you set it up correctly, it should work as well.

Any possibility to have the ad extension by Flagrow?

arda If you're going to put ads and make money on your Flarum site, don't you think it would be better to do it on a host you pay for?

jordanjay29 Hosting will be free, but the domain will be paid, so technically I am going to pay somewhere, my goal is not to make money.

arda my goal is not to make money.

If you're not aiming to make money, I guess your forum is quite small.

Do you really think it's worth to bother your members and readers (potential members) with ads so you can make five bucks a year (or less) to pay for your domain?

This is nice, however I would appreciate a method to import a current SQL database; along with importing my current Flarum installation.

ir1x If you email the support address in the OP, I think Sanguine might be able to help you.

@Sanguine How can we take our forums down if we no longer don't need them?

            Hi,
could you please install these extensions on FreeFlarum?

These are so many, but they extend Flarum!
            Thanks

maicol07 pretty much all the extensions will have to be updated once the next beta is released

it didnt work, i have "CNAME" for it but : "Oops! minhblog.tk does not CNAME to minh.freeflarum.com "

CNames don't work with non-subdomains. You should point minhblog.tk with an A record to 159.69.22.166. Please note, if ever the IP changes you need to also update that IP.

luceos MinhBTX You have to use a CNAME, otherwise it won't work. Note: if you use a CNAME on your top-level domain (eg xyz.com), you won't be able to use other DNS features for that top level (such as email or other subdomains). So it is recommended to use a subdomain.

MinhBTX You really need a cname, not an A record. And then enter your custom domain at freeflarum.
