The fof/terms extension currently lacks the option for users to opt out of consents. Forums may include marketing consents, which must be optional, and users should have the ability to opt out for GDPR compliance.

In the admin panel, add a checkbox "These terms are optional".
If the terms are marked as optional, then the extension should not enforce them.
Users can opt in or opt out of optional consents in their profile settings.

Additionally, it would be useful to have a configurable webhook that triggers when a user opts in or out of a consent.
